NEW YORK — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stock Market:

NYSE

Visa Inc., up $7.86 at $194.61

The credit-card payment processor returned to a profit in its fiscal third quarter, as it processed more transactions worldwide.

Logitech International SA, up 68 cents at $7.15

The gadget and computer accessories maker posted a surprise profit and stronger-than-expected revenue in its fiscal first quarter.

Under Armour Inc., up $7.55 at $69.38

The athletic clothing company said that its second-quarter net income more than doubled as consumers bought more of its products.

DR Horton Inc., down $1.82 at $19.38

The homebuilder reported strong fiscal third-quarter sales growth, but the pace of sales fell in May when mortgage rates started rising.

Imax Corp., up 50 cents at $25.60

The big-screen movie theater operator said that its second-quarter net income rose 7 percent, helped by new theaters.

Nasdaq

Facebook Inc., up $7.85 at $34.36

The social media giant pushed aggressively into mobile advertising and reported much-improved second-quarter revenue and profit.

Baidu Inc., up $12.48 at $125.85

China's Internet search engine operator reported a rare drop in profits but cheered investors with an upbeat outlook.

Crocs Inc., down $3.43 at $13.55

The maker of colorful plastic shoes and other footwear reported second-quarter results that fell far short of Wall Street expectations.
