It's Vikings/Packers week. In too many years in the recent past, the great rivalry has lacked luster — largely because Minnesota hasn't kept up its end of the bargain.

In the 20 years spanning the 1990s and 2000s, the Vikings won 21 meetings between the teams (including one in the playoffs). The Packers won 20. It was glorious.

Starting in 2010, the Packers have gone 9-1-1 against the Vikings — with Minnesota's lone win coming at the end of the 2012 season, getting the Vikings into the playoffs only to lose to the Packers.

Both teams could be good for a while now. This could be fun again.
