Update: Polk County sheriff's deputy hit by flying glass, not shot

FOSSTON, Minn. — A Polk County sheriff's deputy was injured by flying glass, not shot as earlier stories reported, near the northwestern Minnesota town of Fosston.

KFGO-AM reports (http://bit.ly/2auVqYS ) the incident occurred Monday morning at the Fosston Municipal Airport.

Few details were immediately released, but a dispatcher told KFGO that a suspect has been arrested.
