Two adults were found dead in a home in rural Lac qui Parle County Wednesday morning.
Investigators have released few details about the case, including the names of the victims or the circumstances of their death. The bodies were found by deputies who had been asked to do a welfare check at the Madison Township home.
In a brief statement, the Lac qui Parle Sheriff’s Office said it “does not believe the general public is in any danger and that this is an isolated incident.”
Both the sheriff’s office, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Ramsey County medical examiners office are investigating the deaths.
