A beloved Minneapolis restaurant will get a special sendoff from the Minnesota Twins.
Nye's Polonaise Room will close this year after more than 60 years in business. The Twins are inviting fans to a pregame party outside Target Field on Saturday, May 30, before their game against Toronto.
On the menu: polka dancing and Polish food and beverages.
The brothers who own Nye's said last year the restaurant had long struggled financially. Nye's bills itself as home to "The World's Most Dangerous Polka Band."
