Twins take shortstop to wrap up day two of draft.

Sean Miller from South Carolina-Aiken is the Twins 10th round pick

June 9, 2015 at 10:12PM

The Twins have selected shortstop Sean Miller in the 10th round. Miller, from South Carolina-Aiken, is a sure-handed defender with some questions about how much will he hit as a pro.

All I could find is this passge from a story in February:

Shortstop Sean Miller has impressed by showing some authority in the bat so far. The concern for the small right-handed hitter has been whether he'd project to have enough barrel authority as a pro, but the small 2015 sample says "yes" so far. Miller shows solid bat control from a flat plane that's efficient through the zone. He had a couple hard-hit balls Sunday, and the numbers continue to be impressive. Miller's plus defensive profile has been as advertised.

Thatg's it for today. We'll be back tomorrow with more draft coverage.
