Twin Cities Automotive closes deal

Twin Cities Automotive, the car dealership division of the Pohlad Companies, announced Wednesday that it has finalized the acquisition of five luxury dealerships from LeJeune Investment, Inc.

The dealerships, with new names, are Audi St. Paul, Audi Minneapolis, Mercedes-Benz of Maplewood, Porsche of St. Paul and Porsche of Minneapolis. Terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition, which was announced earlier this year, gives Twin Cities Automotive 11 dealerships in Minnesota.
