Four against the world

Looking for a sleeper film that may have not been on your radar when it first came out? Try 1996's "Set It Off," a gritty crime movie with the twist that the four would-be hoodlums are women. The cast, which includes Queen Latifah and Jada Pinkett Smith, is top-notch. 8 p.m. BET

Star gazing

Don't watch Tim Burton's "Mars Attacks!" for the story line. It's a mess. But you can still have fun counting all the major celebrities who contributed to this 1996 bomb, including Jack Nicholson, Glenn Close, Annette Bening, Martin Short, Michael J. Fox and a very young Natalie Portman. 8 p.m. Syfy

Brass tactics

Paul Guilfoyle, who has played Capt. Jim Brass since the premiere of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" 14 years ago, says goodbye on the season finale. The actor may not have become a major star, but his presence was absolutely essential to the long success of the show. That makes George Eads the only original cast member to stay standing. 9 p.m. WCCO, Ch. 4
