House warming

Did CBS officials really feel bad about last season's racist cast member on "Big Brother" — or were they secretly delighted by all the attention? We'll be able to tell a lot by what the housemates are like this time around with a two-night premiere that continues on Thursday. 7 p.m. WCCO, Ch. 4

O'er the hills we go

Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth play former TV starlets (wink, wink) who decide to open a detective agency in "Mystery Girls." Look for lots of references to their "Beverly Hills 90210" and potential visits from the guy who used to run the Peach Pit. 7:30 p.m. ABC Family

Dog daze

"Wilfred" returns for its fourth and final season with Ryan (Elijah Wood) still believing that the dog next door is an Australian bloke or, at least, a kissing cousin of Fozzie Bear. This series should not end without at least one visit from Gollum. 9 p.m. FXX
