Bad timing

There's no doubt that "The Following" (8 p.m., KMSP, Ch. 9), which wraps up its 15-episode season, is compelling, well-done TV, but in this period of terrorist bombings and school shootings, I found it hard to make a weekly appointment with ruthless serial killers. Feel free to go ahead and enjoy this season finale, but I think I'll wait and catch up with this drama during more peaceful times.

Lifestyles of the rich and famous

You're set up to despise super-rich Jackie Siegel, the main subject of the 2012 film "The Queen of Versailles" (8 p.m., Bravo), but both she and this documentary are full of surprises, especially when the economy turns and threatens their dream of building the largest home in America.

Flop sweat

In the return of "Warehouse 13" (9 p.m., Syfy), the team races to save the world from the deadly virus nicknamed "sweating sickness." So that's what Albert Brooks came down with in "Broadcast News."
