Frankly speaking The season finale of "Criminal Minds" (8 p.m., WCCO, Ch. 4) finds the team tracking down a vicious serial killer played by Tim Curry. We're not sure what would make Curry so daunting, unless he's conjuring up the spirit of Dr. Frank-N-Furter from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show."

Witch hunt The Salem Witch Trials may be more than 300 years old, but their fear tactics persist today. International Emmy winner "Saving Africa's Witch Children" (7 p.m., HBO2) looks at how a virulent sect of Pentecostalists in Africa are branding children as witches and brandishing horrendous punishments. Oscar nominee Sophie Okonedo ("Hotel Rwanda") narrates.

Rock on, Robyne Traditionalists probably never cared much for Robyne Robinson. Her success had more to do with her personality than a passion for journalism. But she's been a popular figure in the Twin Cities for more than 14 years and deserves better than KMSP's low-level sendoff. Let's hope her last broadcast as co-anchor of "Fox 9 News at 9" (9 p.m., KMSP, Ch. 9) includes a proper, classy tribute.
