A new batch of "Ghost Hunters" (8 p.m., Syfy) focuses on Southern-based adventures, which means the team heads to Charleston to conjure up the country's first serial killer and, later, visits Georgia's Camp Rutledge, home of the original "Friday the 13th" movie shoot.
