Library of Congress' noteworthy movies aired on TCM; "Happy Endings" and "Rocket City Rednecks"

Library hours Turner Classic Movies dedicates 24 straight hours to movies recognized as noteworthy by the Library of Congress. In other words, Adam Sandler is nowhere to be found. Instead, you get a wide variety that kicks off with 1943's "The Constant Nymph," starring Charles Boyer (7 p.m., TCM), and includes the 1927 oddball documentary "Winging Around Europe With Will Rogers" (2:15 a.m.).

Happy starts "Happy Endings" (8:30 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) continues its above-average impression of "Friends" with an amusing episode that finds Alex's (Elisha Cuthbert) new line of baby clothes being adopted by "mean girls" and Penny (Casey Wilson) declaring that this will be the "Year of Penny!" In a perfect world, she'd be right.

Sweet home, Alabama Geniuses come in all shapes and sizes -- and accents. The new series "Rocket City Rednecks" (8 p.m., National Geographic Channel) introduces viewers to five Alabama men who like to make rockets, at least when they're not hunting, guzzling beer or cleaning up their trailer.
