November 25, 2010 at 7:38PM

They're real and they're perfect It's the day after Thanksgiving and all you want to do is sit like a stuffed turkey in front of the TV. Not that there's anything wrong with that, especially if you use that time to watch a nine-hour marathon of "Seinfeld" (10 a.m. Friday, TBS) starting with "The Contest," in which the gang tries to see who has the most, um, restraint, and ending at 6:30 p.m. with "The Strike," in which we learn about the magic of Festivus.

Yuletime yuks Watch Joey get his head stuck in a turkey, the "Cheers" gang participate in a Thanksgiving food fight and Linus remind us of the real meaning of Christmas when "TV's Funniest Holiday Moments: A Paley Center for Media Special" (7 p.m. Friday, KMSP, Ch. 9) revisits some timeless clips. Our favorite Scrooge, Jane Lynch, serves as host.

Howlin' Wolf Doug E. Fresh teaches CNN anchor Wolf Blitzer some fresh dance moves as part of "The 2nd Annual Soul Train Awards" (8 p.m. Sunday, Centric and BET). Also on tap: a mini-"Cosby" reunion featuring Raven-Symone and Keshia Knight Pulliam; R. Kelly's new single, "When a Woman Loves," and tributes to Anita Baker and Ron Isley.

Under the knife What do you give the bride-to-be? How about a nose job? In the new reality series "Bridalplasty" (8 p.m. Sunday, E!), 12 women compete to see who will win a dream wedding and a dream body. The competitors include a former "Biggest Loser" contestant, Miss Anaheim 2005 and an office manager who agonizes over the fact that she looks like her father.
