In the new Lifetime series "All Mixed Up" (6:30 a.m. Friday), chef Ralph Pagano pits culinary students against each other. With such an unusual airtime, let's hope the kids are whipping up breakfast.

Get up, stand up Julia Roberts, Matt Damon, Katie Couric and Rashida Jones are among the stars who will "Stand Up to Cancer" (7 p.m. Friday) in this one-hour, commercial-free effort that will air on the four major networks and several cable channels. Producer Gwyneth Paltrow gets her husband's band, Coldplay, to perform.

Don't look back Those who tune in to "Paul McCartney's Live Kisses" (8 p.m. Friday, KTCA, Ch. 2) expecting to hear "Hey Jude" are in for a big disappointment, since the former Beatle focuses only on standards from his latest album. Not even the presence of Stevie Wonder can convince Sir Paul to break into "Ebony and Ivory."

The big move "Breaking Amish" (9 p.m. Sunday, TLC) follows five young people who leave their sheltered communities and move to New York City where they will inevitably run into the "Jersey Shore" gang and learn all about "gym, tanning, laundry," all under the influence of Jack Daniels shots.
