Hey, lady! The Orpheum Theatre isn't the only place you can watch Eliza Doolittle learn her p's and q's. "My Fair Lady: Wouldn't It Be Loverly" (7 p.m. today, KTCI, Ch. 17) traces the umpteen variations of George Bernard Shaw's "Pygmalion," including behind-the-scenes footage of the recent London production with Jonathan Pryce in the role of Henry Higgins.

Still above the law Steven Seagal still cranks out two-fisted action movies, even if they're going straight to cable. In "Urban Justice" (8 p.m. Sunday, Spike), he plays a vengeful father who just happens to have Special Forces training. No word yet on whether his ponytail will make a cameo.

Miller's crossing Dennis Miller hosts a new game show, "Amnesia" (8 p.m. today, KARE, Ch. 11), in which contestants are quizzed about their personal lives. Sample question: Do you remember Miller's stint on "Monday Night Football"? Unfortunately, so do I.
