In January, legendary columnist Sid Hartman had an estate sale that attracted an interesting cross-section of folks (including us).

It's only fitting, then, that legendary former Vikings coach Bud Grant -- his best friend -- is following suit with a massive garage sale this week.

According to gsalr.com, a site that tracks such things, Grant's sale begins Wednesday at 5 p.m. and then continues Thursday and Friday at 9 a.m. both days.

Expect to find a lot of hunting gear and football memorabilia, since as far as we know those two things consume a large portion of Bud's life.

The hottest selling potential item, which we don't believe will be auctioned or even exists, would be a taped confession from Drew Pearson admitting that he pushed off.

We hope to attend and provide a full report.
