Trump to hold rally in Kenosha on Monday
President Donald Trump, as part of his effort to visit as many swing states as possible in the final days of the presidential election by hopping from one airport to the next in Air Force One, is scheduled to hold a rally at Kenosha Regional Airport on Monday, according to the president's public schedule.
It will be the president's first time in Kenosha since he visited following riots reacting to the police shooting of Jacob Blake. The visit was announced Friday, hours before Trump arrived in Green Bay for a rally.
Since, Trump has repeatedly stated he "saved Kenosha" by sending in federal troops, a statement that Wisconsin officials painted as misleading since federal officers were already in the city and it was Gov. Tony Evers, not Trump, who activated the National Guard.
