The assets of Sellner Manufacturing, the Faribault-based manufacturer of the iconic tilt-a-whirl amusement park ride, have been broken up and sold, according to this recent report in the Faribault Daily News.

The amusement park manufacturing assets were sold to Texas-based manufacturer of the Star Dancer and Fire Ball Super Loop. Other manufacturing assets, including a fiberglass operation, were sold to area buyers.
