Toro earns EPA recognition

The Toro Co., Bloomington, has been recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency with the 2016 WaterSense Excellence Award at the WaterSmart Innovations Conference and Exposition in Las Vegas.

The award was in recognition of Toro's water-conservation education efforts including training events, trade shows and expos to educate contractors, distributors and consumers on water-efficient practices and WaterSense labeled products.

The EPA awards the WaterSense label to products and services that have been certified to be at least 20 percent more efficient without sacrificing performance.
