The historic clock atop Minneapolis City Hall stopped shortly after 6:30 a.m. Monday to allow crew members to get inside and gussy up the late-19th century landmark downtown. The hands should be moving again come Friday.
We respect the desire of some tipsters to remain anonymous, and have put in place ways to contact reporters and editors to ensure the communication will be private and secure.
