If you need help

Call a mobile crisis team: In the metro area, call **CRISIS (**274747) to have a cellphone call forwarded to one of the seven-county crisis teams.

Send a text message: Anywhere in Minnesota round-the-clock, seven days a week, people contemplating suicide or experiencing a mental health crisis can text MN to 741741 to connect to a trained counselor.

Call a national helpline: Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline for free, confidential support 24 hours a day at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
