Named 13th coach in VCU history on June 5, 2012. Finished 11-19 in her first season and 22-10 this season. Lost to Princeton in the first round of the WNIT tournament.

Head coach at Winthrop in 2011-12, finishing 18-13 for the school's second winning season in 26 years. 2012 Big South Conference coach of the year.

Assistant coach at Saint Louis, Wright State, New Mexico State and Jacksonville before landing a coaching job at Ole Miss for four seasons.

Played one year of professional basketball with Club Abb Baden in Switzerland.

Graduated with both a B.A. in marketing and a B.S. in sport industry from Ohio University in 1998. First Team All-Mid-American Conference selection after averaging 22.9 points per game for the Bobcats as a senior. Also served as team captain and named honorable mention All-America.

Had 10 made three-pointers and 41 points in one game as a senior, both Ohio University records.

Started her college career at Ohio State, but transferred to Ohio University

Native of Beaver, Ohio. Finished her high school career at Eastern High School with 3,514 points – a record for boys' or girls' players in Ohio (LeBron James scored 2,657).

1993 Miss Basketball in Ohio.
