No Grey area
They did the research so you don't have to: The Hollywood Reporter reveals that sex scenes make up only 20 percent of "Fifty Shades of Grey." You know who's not happy with that statistic, besides a lot of middle-aged ladies? Author E.L. James, who reportedly had "multiple screaming matches" with director Sam Taylor-Wood about the trims that had to be made in order to secure an R rating. "It was difficult, I'm not going to lie," Taylor-Wood said. "We definitely fought, but they were creative fights." Word is that James did prevail on the film's ending.

The oddsmakers at Gold Derby say it could happen, as seven of the eight films are favorites in at least one category and "American Sniper" is running neck-and-neck with "Whiplash" in sound mixing.
