Troy Luna of Minneapolis uses trimmings from trees Ñ junipers, conifers, even red twig dogwood and curly willow Ñ to fill his winter containers. While most of his materials are harvested from nature, he adds a few store-bought accents to the mix, including artificial olive branches and a Christmas ornament or two.
