Learn how to garden from the masters. The Hennepin County Master Gardener Learning Tour on July 10 spotlights eight gardens designed and maintained by Extension Master Gardeners in the Plymouth and Wayzata areas. There's a garden for every grower, including a native plant garden, serenity garden, container garden, kitchen garden and plantings to attract butterflies and wildlife.
The self-guided tour is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 the day of the event. Admission includes entry to the gardens, descriptions, driving instructions, on-site demonstrations and handouts on yard and garden topics.
