The comeback, part II The best part of the new spinoff "Dance War: Bruno vs. Carrie Ann" (7 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) will be the cutaways to head judge Len Goodman, crying in his London flat and wondering why he was shut out of this "wonderful" concept. The Lachey who wasn't married to Jessica Simpson serves as host.
The comeback, part III It's going to be tough for "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart" (10 p.m., COM) and "The Colbert Report" (10:30 p.m., COM) to return tonight without writers, but with the political race in full heat, the jokes should write themselves.
