Second GO-around at Target Target is testing the theory that good design stands the test of time. The Minneapolis-based retailer is re-releasing 34 dresses it introduced in the past five years as part of its GO International designer collaborations. Target launched the concept in 2006, offering lower-priced dresses from up-and-coming designers. Starting on Sunday, you can snag one of the offerings that you missed the first time -- or one that you wore so often that it finally wore out. Here's a sampling of what you'll find:COLOR-BLOCK DRESS BY TARA JARMON, $30
Original Target collection: 2006.
Best bit: The ultra-feminine designs are influenced by the designer's adopted home metropolis of Paris.
STRIPED TUNIC BY LIBERTINE, $25
Original Target collection: 2007.
Best bit: Vintage 1960s influences have hipster appeal and the stripes reflect a hot trend.
TIE-WAIST DRESS BY THAKOON, $40

Best bit: Thakoon, who often uses bold prints and flattering silhouettes, designed some of Michelle Obama's iconic dresses.
BUSTIER DRESS BY PROENZA SCHOULER, $45

Best bit: Designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, who launched their line while they were still in design school, are known for superb tailoring.
