Count the Target Center in as believers in Britney Spears' comeback move. The Minneapolis arena has confirmed an April 3 date with the tabloid-haunted pop queen. Tickets go on sale Saturday at noon, priced at $39.50 to $127. The concert will arrive a month into her tour, dubbed "The Circus Starring Britney Spears" after her album, "Circus," which came out Tuesday, and is right behind Guns N' Roses' "Chinese Democracy" as this year's most-watched album.

Spears, 27, has reportedly cleaned up her act after years of personal scandals and downward spiraling, and this record is being trumpeted by her people as proof she's back on track. The first single, "Womanizer," has indeed already been well-received, becoming her ninth No. 1 song.

Spears' tour -- her first in five years -- will reportedly be a spectacle worthy of her persona. She will be working out dance moves with Emmy-winning choreographer Wade Robson, from Fox TV's "So You Think You Can Dance." The Pussycat Dolls will open all the shows.
