Minneapolis police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found early Thursday near downtown Minneapolis.
Officers responded to a report of an unresponsive man at 7:15 a.m. near Lyndale Avenue S. and Dunwoody Boulevard. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
The man’s name, as well as the cause of his death, will be released by the Hennepin County medical examiner after an autopsy. His death is being investigated by homicide detectives, police said.
