Michigan showed off its offensive versatility and a relentless defense in winning this weekend's Air Force Reserve Tip-Off tournament in Uncasville, Conn.

Ignas Brazdeikis scored 20 points to lead the 18th-ranked Wolverines (5-0) to a 66-47 victory over Providence (3-2) in Sunday's championship game. Jon Teske added a career-high 17 points.

The Wolverines outscored Providence 32-22 in the paint, with Brazdeikis and Teske converting 14 of their 24 shots.

No. 16 Virginia Tech 89, No. 23 Purdue 83: The Hokies (4-0) rallied from 12 points down in the second half to beat the Boilermakers (4-1) in the Charleston (S.C.) Classic championship. Carsen Edwards scored 26 points for Purdue. Edwards has scored at least 23 points in all five of the Boilermakers' games this season.

No. 11 Michigan State 101, Tennessee Tech 33: The host Spartans (3-1) tied the largest margin of victory in program history.

Maryland 92, Mount St. Mary's 77: Bruno Fernando had 21 points, seven rebounds and four blocks for the host Terrapins (5-0).

Arkansas 73, Indiana 72: Mason Jones' free throw with 2.5 seconds left was the difference for the host Razorbacks (2-1). Freshman Romeo Langford had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Hoosiers (3-1).

Ohio State 89, South Carolina State 61: Brothers Kaleb Wesson and Andre Wesson combined for 29 points for the host Buckeyes (4-0). Three freshmen — Duane Washington Jr., Jaedon Ledee and Luther Muhammad — also scored in double figures.

Women's roundup

No. 3 Oregon 102, Buffalo 82: Sabrina Ionescu notched her 12th career triple-­double for the host Ducks (4-0) despite shooting 1-for-7 from the field and turning the ball over seven times. The reigning Pac-12 player of the year had 12 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds.

No. 9 Maryland 85, No. 10 South Carolina 61: Channise Lewis had 10 points and a career-high 12 assists to help lead the visiting Terrapins (4-0) over the Gamecocks (2-1). Maryland went on a 26-1 run after falling behind 18-6.

Purdue 78, Purdue Fort Wayne 44: Ae'Rianna Harris set a school record for most field goals made (10) in a game without a miss for the host Boilermakers (4-0).

Northwestern 83, Florida 74 (OT): The Wildcats (4-0) finished the game with a 24-4 run, outscoring host Florida 13-2 in the final three minutes of regulation and 11-2 in overtime. Abi Scheid (Elk River) had 18 points and eight rebounds for Northwestern.

Illinois 76, Columbia 69: Alex Wittinger (Delano) had 14 points and 10 rebounds for the host Illini (3-0).

Ohio State at Stanford: The Buckeyes' game at Stanford was canceled because of poor air quality in Northern California.

Iowa State 75, Miami 52: Kristin Scott, a 6-3 freshman from Kasson, Minn., had 11 points and eight rebounds off the bench for the host Cyclones (4-0) in the Preseason WNIT championship.
