Sun Country Vacations will stop offering cruise vacations next month, focusing instead on air plus hotel and resort vacations.

Saturday Nov. 30 is the last day the company, which provides packaged deals through Sun Country Airlines, will make new cruise vacation reservations.

"We will continue, however, to provide our personalized and professional service for all existing bookings for cruise travel through April 30, 2014," the company said in an e-mail announcement to customers.

That e-mail also explained that the company was making the change "to focus on the development, management and execution of the best vacations we can provide."
