Excluding apartments in Minneapolis and St. Paul, suburban multifamily development hotspots include Apple Valley's Kelley Park, Edina's Southdale area, and an area spanning from St. Louis Park's West End into Golden Valley. The map below includes about 88 percent of the units permitted between 2010 and 2017 in buildings exceeding 5 units. It excludes some units that could not be linked to specific parcels.
