Pretty much everyone at this outdoor fete could have been pictured here -- colorful saris were just as popular as cocktail dresses. But Dottie's simple and glamorous ensemble stood out. Her BCBG dress is from Macy's, her necklace is from a boutique in Iowa, her wrap is from H&M and her earrings and shoes are from Target. One of the bangles was passed on by her grandmother.
