Your favorite post-holiday sales to hit? I am a sucker for Christmas decorations right after Christmas. They all go on super clearance the day after and I love to stock up on a ton of stuff for the following year.
Do you see a darker or gothic trend happening right now? Dark is definitely in. You see it everywhere from dark lipsticks and nail polishes to classic black dresses and heavy laces. You even see its influence on celebrities like Rihanna with Celtic crosses and other heavy jewelry.
How can you implement it without looking too dour? Keep it sleek and sophisticated. I tend to pair an all-black look with a pop of white and a bright lip. It can soften it up a bit and not feel as somber.
