Gov. Tim Pawlenty got a few laughs at a recent business dinner by joking about Tiger Woods' recent marital troubles.

Will he polish his delivery and include them in his final State of the State address Thursday?

"I can tell you there are no Tiger Woods jokes," said Brian McClung, the governor's deputy chief of staff.

"There’s some humor," said McClung, fresh from a rehearsal with the state's highest-elected comedian. "Myself and the first lady laughed. We are not unbiased, but we enjoyed it."

McClung didn't want to steal any thunder from his boss, but he offered: "There are some funny moments, hopefully that will lighten the mood a little bit in the House chamber."
