That's not the start of a joke — it's exactly what Target hopes will happen now that the mega retailer has launched Target Collective, its new made-in-America menswear collaboration. The collection is a hipster's paradise of hand-tooled leather belts, canvas bags and trucker hats from six U.S.A.-centric brands: Billykirk, Owen and Fred, Taylor Stitch, Duluth Pack, Locally Grown and Terrapin Stationers.
