The Ivey and Sage award-winning troupe Off-Leash Area rounds up some of the local dance and performance scene's most rambunctious movers for "Rip, Romp & Howl," an evening of new works at the Playwrights' Center. Led by Paul Herwig and Jennifer Ilse, the exciting lineup features Vanessa Voskuil, Christine Maginnis, Brian Evans and many more fearless kinetic technicians ready to tackle a variety of unrelated but intriguing subjects. Looking for dances inspired by mythological Tarot characters, human cloning or the late, great art hero Jean-Michel Basquiat? Then this is the show for you.
