A St. Cloud man was found shot to death Monday in a parked car in east-central Minnesota.
Jason Carl Stoltz, 39, was found about 7 p.m. with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was in a car parked in the Bug Hill area of Onamia in Mille Lacs County.
The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe Tribal Police said there’s no evidence as to whether the shooting was random or targeted. No suspect is in custody.

The Mille Lacs County Sheriff’s Office and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are assisting with the investigation.
