Tuesday: Ryan Tedder went from writing would-be hits for bland stars, such as Blake Lewis and Natasha Bedingfield, a year ago to watching his band OneRepublic's own mega-hit, "Apologize," hover around the top of the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for a couple of months now. The mopey soft-rock ballad -- which is getting ample FM airplay locally at KDWB (101.3) and Cities 97 (97.1) -- got an unlikely leg up when it was remixed by hip-hop super-producer Timbaland, whose gratuitous appearance in the video is unintentionally hilarious. The rest of the band's debut album, "Dreaming Out Loud," sounds like regurgitated, prefab Coldplay or Snow Patrol. This third show on OneRepublic's first headlining tour will settle whether the band was meant only for the radio. Josh Kelley opens. (7:30 p.m. Tue. $16-$18. All ages. Myth, 3090 Southlawn Dr., Maplewood. 651-799-6984.)
