Jardin Magico is expanding.

The Spanish immersion daycare and pre-school is adding two new locations in Eden Prairie and Maple Grove, according to Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, which represented the school in its search for new space.

The locations are in addition to existing locations in the Longfellow and Kingfield neighborhoods of Minneapolis and in Edina.

The new locations include 8,500 square feet at Highway 5 and Mitchell Road in Eden Prairie, which is under construction and expected to be completed this month. Enrollment is currently at 75 percent capacity.

The second 14,000-square-feet location is at 8351 Elm Creek Blvd. N. on the site of the former Maple Grove Library. Build-out of the space is expected to be completed in the fall.

Created by husband-and-wife team of Natalie Standridge Lopez, who is CEO, and Xavier Lopez, president, Jardin Magico focuses on bilingual early childhood education, where Spanish is spoken 100 percent of the time to children ages ranging from 6 weeks old to five years old.

C&W/NorthMarq Executive Director John McCarthy and Associate Larissa Champeau represented Jardin Magico in its expansion.
