A 25-year-old Belle Plaine man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a Taser by a felon, providing false information to police and a warrant; and a 25-year-old Belle Plaine woman was arrested for providing false information to police and a warrant; near NE. 140th and Rutgers Streets.

Drunken driving. A 22-year-old Savage man was arrested for drunken driving, hit-and-run property damage and having no insurance after being involved in a traffic accident near Jordan Avenue SE. and Memorial Trail SE.

Theft. A 24-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for theft and possession of a controlled substance at Wal-Mart, 8101 Old Carriage Court N.

Drunken driving. A 52-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for drunken driving, refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving with a suspended license and possession of an open bottle in a motor vehicle near E. County Road 101 and Stagecoach Road.

Drunken driving. A 28-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance near Marschall Road S. and 4th Avenue E.

JULY 9

Drunken driving. A 29-year-old Oklahoma City man was arrested for drunken driving after a traffic stop for improper lane usage in the 2400 block of Sioux Trail NW.

Assault. A 29-year-old New Prague, Minn., woman was arrested for assault and criminal property damage in the 1200 block of Taylor Street.

 

JULY 10

Drug activity. A 35-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license and a warrant near Canterbury Road S. and Valley View Road.

Weapons violation. A 37-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for drunken driving, refusal to submit to a chemical test, assault, providing false information to police and criminal property damage in the 700 block of Garden Lane.

JULY 13

Drunken driving. A 30-year-old St. Louis Park man was arrested for drunken driving in the 9100 block of Hwy. 169.
