JAN. 3

Robbery. Officers responded to Northview Park, near Eagan High School, regarding a robbery. Three juveniles reported they were involved in an attempted drug exchange at the park, when one of the three suspects pointed a gun at them and demanded valuables. During the confrontation, it is believed a gunshot was fired in the air and the suspects left the area.

Property damage. An officer responded to the 600 block of Sunset Drive regarding property damage. School staff and an officer spoke to three boys, and they admitted to breaking a piano leg and parts inside the piano.

DEC. 25-DEC. 31

Trespassing. Officers responded to a home on the 20000 block of Dodd Boulevard regarding trespassing. A 40-year-old man was found hiding inside, under a bed.

Theft. A 19-year-old man was cited for theft after he stole a paint gun from Mills Fleet Farm, 17070 Kenrick Av.

Drugs. A 36-year-old man was cited for drug possession following a traffic stop on 160th Street W. and Excel Way.

Fire. Officers responded to the 11000 block of 210th Street W. regarding a fire alarm. The microwave was accidentally set for 30 minutes instead of 30 seconds before the resident ran to the gas station. The microwave was destroyed, but there was no further damage.

DEC. 6

Theft. A Christmas light projector was stolen from the yard of a home on the 14100 block of Bayview Circle.

DEC. 29

Theft. A purse was stolen from a vehicle at Jeffers Pond Elementary, 14800 Jeffers Pass NW.

Theft. A tailgate was stolen off a vehicle on the 3900 block of Pershing Street.

JAN. 2

Theft. A pack of cigarettes, valued at $8.55, was stolen from Shakopee Dakota Convenience Store, 15035 Mystic Lake Drive.

DEC. 18

Traffic. Officers responded to the 14600 block of Robert Trail S. regarding debris in the roadway. Officers found a dozen or so children’s toys that were brand-new, still in their original packaging.

DEC. 1

Drugs. A 25-year-old Isle man was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of hypodermic needles, false name to a police officer and warrants at SuperAmerica, 1298 Vierling Drive.

DEC. 2

Drugs. A 19-year-old Jordan woman was cited for possession of marijuana and a 19-year-old Jordan woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Marschall Road S. and Vierling Drive E.

DEC. 3

Drugs. A 34-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Taco Bell, 1120 Vierling Drive E.

DEC. 24

Drugs. A 17-year-old St. Louis Park boy was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, parking in a handicapped spot without a permit, failure to wear a seat belt, having a suspended object hanging from the windshield mirror, no proof of insurance and a brake light burned out. Also cited was a 17-year-old New Hope boy for not wearing a seat belt.

Drugs. A 21-year-old Savage man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Marschall Road and Gorman Street.

JAN. 2

Theft. A 27-year-old Hamburg man was cited for theft at Cub Foods, 1198 Vierling Drive E.
