The "sold" sign is swinging in the wind outside the Lake of the Isles home of Hollywood actor Josh Hartnett, who put his 1880s home up for sale late last month for $2.395 million.
Heidi Hagberg, who is handling publicity in connection with the 5,000-square-foot home, said Monday that the sale is pending, with the closing scheduled for Saturday, Valentine's Day.
"That would be lovely" as a gift for the special day, Hagberg said.
Details about the terms of the sale will be revealed once the deal is locked up, she added.
The five-bedroom Victorian is on the 2400 block of E. Lake of the Isles Parkway, along the eastern shore of the lake's northernmost finger.
Built in 1887, the home has a four-car garage, an exercise room, an in-ground outdoor pool and four bathrooms, according to the listing by Lakes Sotheby's International Realty.
Hartnett bought the home in 2002, paying the current asking price, according to Hennepin County property records.
He put the house on the market "to downsize locally" as he spends less time in the Midwest, the listing agency said in a statement.
