Norseman pop-up

Nothing goes together quite like small-batch whiskey and heritage fashion. So Norseman Distillery is hosting a pop-up shop with vendors including outdoorsy Tradition Creek and Great Lakes Apparel, tie-makers Mill City Fineries, local shoemakers Lanona and Greenwich Vintage, plus collaborative cocktails by Five Watt Coffee and Norseman, hand-rolled cigars and live music by Ring Toss Twins. (1-5 p.m. Sat. Free. 451 NE. Taft St., Mpls.)

Hat Make launch

After studying millinery in London and New York, Minneapolis hatmaker Celina Kane is launching her first line of hats, Hat Make. Dubbed "The Leopard and the Lark," her fall/winter collection is inspired by Minnesota's soft winter landscapes and by 1960s French and Italian films. She debuts the collection at a launch party and "hat walk" with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a photo booth. Limited seating is available with RSVP to celinakane@hatmake.co. (7 p.m. Mon. Free. Spoonriver, 750 S. 2nd St., Mpls.)
