It's springtime, and commercial real estate developers' thoughts turn to. . .groundbreakings.
There's been a ton of them lately.
Just today, Ryan Cos. U.S. Inc. and SilverCrest Properties said they will hold a groundbreaking at noon Tuesday, May 27, at SilverCreek on Main, a $29 million senior living community in Maple Grove.
The 275,000-square-foot project includes 195 units, featuring a mix of independent living, assisted living and memory care. Amenities include a wellness center with a full-size pool, a club room, bistro and pub, a theater and underground parking.
The project, located at Weaver Lake Road and Main Street, is slated for completion by July 2015.
