Top 40 hits (remade for young listeners) blared over the speakers of the rooftop party room of the ElseWarehouse apartments in the North Loop area of downtown Minneapolis.
For the Fancy Pants Winter Dance, pint-size guests and their parents dressed their best, sipped juice boxes and enjoyed a screening of "Elf."
The posh play date boasted a snack buffet as well as a marshmallow snowman creation station.
Downtown Families of Minneapolis sponsored the party to connect urban families and build a stronger family-oriented community in the heart of the city.
