SALARIES FOR READY RESERVE WORKERS

Current: Starting pay is $10.82 per hour. After one year, pay increases to $11.04 an hour.

As of July 1: Starting pay is $11.04 an hour. After one year, wages are $11.27 an hour.

Typical roles: Baggage handler, plane de-icer, ticket agent, gate attendant

Annual maximum: 1,300 hours

SALARIES FOR FULL-TIME WORKERS

Current: Starting pay is $10.06 an hour.*

As of July 1: Starting pay is $10.26 an hour.*

*Employees are eligible for health care benefits and the 401(k). Wage increases occur at six months, 1.5 years, 2.5 years; top-scale after 10.5 years.
