OGDEN, Utah — Roshunda Johnson scored 16 points, including the final go-ahead bucket late in the second half, to lift No. 19 Oklahoma State to a 55-49 win over Weber State on Thursday night.

LaShawn Jones contributed 13 points and Brittney Martin had 11 for Oklahoma State (8-1), which took a 30-19 advantage into the break but had to quell a Weber State rally to secure its sixth straight win. Jones and Martin also had seven rebounds each.

Weber State (5-6) opened the second half with an 11-2 run to narrow the gap and later tied the game at 47 on a Jalen Carpenter layup with 3:02 left. But the Cowgirls quickly retook the lead with a pair of buckets from Johnson and padded their advantage by going 4 for 4 from the free-throw line down the stretch.

Carpenter led Weber State with 14 points and six rebounds.
