A Roseville man was shot and killed in Mahtomedi early Saturday morning, police said. A suspect is being held.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of shots fired at 3:17 a.m. Saturday near Hwy. 244 and N. 75th Street.
When deputies arrived, they found David Robert Frigaard, 46, dead from a single gunshot wound, police said.
Police said the 19-year-old suspect is from Pine Springs, Minn.
The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the shooting with help from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Ramsey County medical examiner’s office.
